The Big Picture...
My ultimate goal as a REALTOR® is to create a smooth and enjoyable buying or selling experience for my clients. I do this by easing the stress and confusion associated with the transaction, by familiarizing them with the process and by utilizing my extensive market knowledge and expertise in negotiations. How I got started...
Beginning my real estate career in 2004, I seized the opportunity to work as a Licensed Real Estate Associate working in a busy team of REALTORS®. This apprenticeship provided me invaluable knowledge and experience in helping both buyers and sellers navigate the busy 2005-2007 market. Our award winning team had the #1 real estate website in Victoria, and the two agents I worked under had a total of 38 years of experience. I gained a vast amount of expertise working with a diverse array of clientele - from local first time buyers to experienced out-of-town investors. From acreages to condos, heritage properties to pre-construction sales, assisting with the sale of all types of properties allowed me to fast-track my skills in providing service and results. Now in my fourth year of business, I am happy to be making new client connections almost every day!

In July 2007, I started to grow my own real estate business, working out of our downtown Royal LePage Coast Capital office. My service team now includes:
Amanda Palubiski, Administrator. Having Amanda to take care of administrative tasks associated with listings and transactions, allows me more time to service my listings and buyers and be in direct communication with my clientele.
Kelly Leach, Independent Licensed Coverage REALTOR®. Working hand-in-hand with Kelly allows my clients to access a consistent level of service 365 days of the year.
Also on my team, is a vast array of professionals including trusted lawyers, talented stagers, meticulous building inspectors and dedicated mortgage specialists.

About Me
I had the absolute privilege of growing up on beautiful Vancouver Island, just 45 minutes North of Victoria in Mill Bay. I also spent time living on the Sunshine Coast, in Vancouver and in Ottawa, where I completed my B.A in Psychology.
Before becoming a REALTOR®, I worked for over 5 years in customer service, gaining valuable experience in both retail management and in banking.
When I am not at my office, I am usually enjoying the beautiful beaches and walking trails near my home in Latoria Walk, Colwood. Relationships with family and friends, and a healthy lifestyle are important to me, as I value balance in my life. Laughter always plays a key role in my day. If it isn't over a coffee with a friend, it's while catching the occasional comedy or playing with my three constantly entertaining cats.
